Grilled King Oyster Mushroom With Spicy & Sweet Korean Sauce 韩式辣酱烤杏鲍菇
Sharing a very simple and delicious Grilled King Oyster Mushrooms recipe, glazed with spicy and sweet Korean Sauce, super tasty and shiok to eat!
I made this to pair with my salad, a light and healthy meal easily cooked in the Ninja Foodi Smoke-free Indoor Grill.

4-5pcs King Oyster Mushrooms, sliced
Some Cooking Oil/ Oil Spray
Sauce:
20g Ketchup/ Tomato Sauce
20g Corn Syrup
20g Gochujang/ Spicy & Sweet Korean Hot Sauce
1/2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

Method:
1. Mix all sauce ingredients, set aside.

2. Brush/ spray some oil on the mushrooms. Grill in the preheated Ninja Grill on MAX for 6 mins. Brush the sauce on both sides of the mushrooms, continue to grill for 4 mins or until slightly charred, serve as a side dish or a light meal on its own.
