Ingredients 材料:
60g red bean 红豆
(Soak in warm water for 5-6 hours
浸泡约5-6小时)
700g water 清水
1 rock sugar 加片冰糖
small piece orange peel 小片橙皮
Method 做法:
1. drain red bean and add to pot 红豆过滤后加到锅中
2. double boil for 3 hours 慢炖3小时
3. add rock sugar 加片冰糖
4. Add small piece orange peel 加小片橙皮
5. keep warm for 30 minutes
