Easy Potato Salad 马铃薯沙拉



It's extremely easy to make this Potato Salad at home, serve as a side dish or as a meal on its own.


Ingredients:

1-2 Potato

1/2 Sweet Corn or few tbsp Canned Corn Kernel

5 Japanese Crabstick (ready-to-use)

Some Japanese Mayonaise

Method:

1. Pressure cook the potato and corn (if using) in Ninja Foodi for 5 minutes or steam until cooked. Leave it to cool completely. 
Note: I use frozen corn. If using canned corn kernel, no need to cook.

2. Cut the potatoes into small cubes or mash it, cut out the corn kernel. Mix together with the rest of the ingredients. Add a pinch of salt and pepper, if needed. Refrigerate for an hour before serving.
