Red Bean Paste Steamed Bun aka Dòu Shā Bāo 简易豆沙包 [Blender Recipe]

Sounds good right？The set comes with a dough blade, I've tried using it to prepare cookie dough and it works! I was wondering if it works for bread dough, I then did some research online and saw someone using it to prepare bread dough, so I decided to try on the dough for steamed bun. The result was good, it's quick and easy to use. I would say this is a reasonable alternative to a stand mixer.

Blender Cookie Dough.

It's easy to prepare dough for steamed bun that does not require much kneading, just add in all ingredients and select PULSE or DOUGH function to put the dough together. 

Besides preparing dough, it can be used to crush ice to make smoothie, shakes, ice cream and all kind of drinks. I have tried making Frappe and smoothie, the ice-crushing function is really amazing, you can watch some of the videos shared on my Facebook page to see how it works. The processor also can be used to make puree, process/ chop veggies and meat for making salad, patties, nuggets etc.
